The first part is a personal information questionnaire. Please fill in your name, the company's name, as well as your email and mailing address.

The second part is very important to the logo design process and will help us create the right image for your company.

Upon confirmation of your payment being processed, we will begin working on your logo design project.

You will be notified by phone or email, and will be given a web address for your own private web page.

A team of designers will collaborate on each logo design project. In about 5 business days we will present 4 to 8 initial logo designs (depending on the package).

On your web page, you will have an option to choose a final logo design or request changes on the posted samples.

Your input will be processed accordingly. We will begin working on your revisions immediately. Simple changes will be completed in one or two business days. You can take your time on viewing the designs – there is a generous time limit on any of the packages.

If you are not satisfied with the first set we present to you, we will redo them free of charge.

When all the changes have been completed to your satisfaction and you finalized your logo design, a logo kit will be prepared. You may be asked for stationery information, depending on the package you chose. Your stationary design consists of 1 set of business cards, envelope and letterhead designs. Up to 6 names on the cards are included. The layouts will be viewed and approved on the same private web page and unlimited changes can be applied to your stationary design.

When you feel completely satisfied with the final work, we will ask for your approval and send you a Logo Kit with the included files: GIF, JPEG, AI, PDF, PNG-24 (transparent), TIFF along with a short manual entitled "Read Me.txt". It will be sent in an attachment via an email or for an extra charge by Courier on a CD.
